How do I book an appointment?
Tap "Book Now" at the top of any page. The wizard walks you through size, service, coat condition and date. Myleen confirms by text within 4 business hours. You can also text (519) 555-0137.
What should I expect on our first visit?
Myleen texts when she is on the way, parks safely at your home, and meets your pup for a quick chat about coat condition and style goals. Most small dog appointments run 60 to 90 minutes. You will get a photo halfway through. First visit is 20% off.
Where does the mobile service run?
All of Cambridge (Galt, Preston, Hespeler) with no travel fee. Also Kitchener, Waterloo, Ayr and parts of Guelph for a small travel fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours notice. No shows or same day cancels are charged 50% of the booked service.
How young can puppies start grooming?
Once their second round of vaccines is done, typically around 12 weeks.
Tell me about the discounts and rewards
First time customers get 20% off. 3 or more services in one visit gets 10% off. Loyalty: free $30 gift card after 10 completed bookings. Discounts do not stack, the better one is applied automatically.
What services are paused right now?
Full grooms, baths and shave downs are temporarily paused while Myleen is fully mobile. Everything else (nails, teeth, ears, sanitary, brush outs) is fully available.
Is mobile grooming better for anxious dogs?
For most anxious, senior or reactive dogs, yes. There are no other dogs around, no cage time, no car ride. Your pup never leaves home.
