We collect only the information necessary to provide our grooming services:

- To send appointment reminders and follow-up communications.
- To prepare the right tools and approach for your dog's coat and temperament.

We retain your contact and booking information for up to two years after your last appointment in order to maintain service history and communicate with returning customers. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
Photos uploaded during booking are used only to prepare for the appointment and are not retained after your appointment is complete unless you ask us to keep them on file.
6. How we protect it
We take reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Our website uses HTTPS. Personal information stored in business records is accessible only to Myleen.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
7. Your rights
Under PIPEDA you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Withdraw consent for non-essential uses at any time (subject to legal or contractual restrictions).
- Request deletion of your information, subject to any legal retention obligations.
